AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A CONDITIONAL WAIVER
OF BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR S &R
SUBDIVISION LOCATED AT 13006 COLONEL GLENN
ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
conditional waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan
for the City of Little Rock for S &R Subdivision, located at 13006 Colonel Glenn Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring developers to provide one -half of the
required principal arterial street improvements for Colonel Glenn Road, be
conditionally waived according to provision of Section 31 -143. Specific waiver is for
widening to 33 feet from centerline, half of median construction, and sidewalk.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
