AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR J.W. GRAVES
LOCATED AT 12,320 CHICOT ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for J.W.Graves located at 12320 Chicot Road as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring developers to provide one -half of the
required commercial street improvements for Bunch Road be deferred for a period of
five (5) years or until subdivision of property, whichever occurs first. Specific deferral
is for pavement widening to 18 feet from centerline including sidewalk.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
