AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DISTRICT - COMMERCIAL TITLED SOUTHWEST
RADIATOR - SHORT -FORM PD -C (Z -6588) LOCATED
AT 4201 % BASELINE ROAD IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to PC -D.
That part of the North % of Tract 7, Rinke Garden
Acres, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas more
particularly described as: Starting at the NE corner
of said Tract 7; thence S0 047.25" East along the East
line thereof, 14.74 feet to the South right -of -way line
of Arkansas State Highway #367 and the Point of
Beginning; thence continuing S0047125" East along said
East line, 221.56 feet; thence West 208.81 feet (deed
210 feet) to the west line of said Tract 7; thence
N0 047125" West along said West line, 219.09 feet to the
South right -of -way line of Arkansas State Highway #367;
thence N89 019'15" East along said South right -of -way
line, 208.79 feet (deed 210 feet) to the point of
beginning, containing 46,002 square feet or 1.0561
acres more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Southwest Radiator (Short -Form PD -C) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time
specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the
Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
