AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING 5
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED WELLINGTON VILLAGE
SELF - STORAGE - LONG -FORM POD (Z -6587)
LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WELLINGTON
HILLS ROAD, 1,200 FEET WEST OF WELLINGTON
VILLAGE ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from 0-2 to POD.
Part of the South % SW 'A, Section 31, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as: Starting at the SW corner of said South % SW 14;
thence N01039139" East along the West line thereof,
50.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing
N01039139" East along said West line, 612.29' to a
point on the future South right -of -way line of
Wellington Village Road; thence Easterly along the said
future right -of -way line and the arc of a 945• radius
curve to the left, having a chord bearing and distance
of S85003122" East 84.81 feet; thence S87037141" East,
and continuing along said South right -of -way line,
272.221; thence 501039139 11W, 658.28' to a point on the
South line of said South % SW %; thence N87039136" West
along said South line, 216.89, to a point 140.0,
Easterly along said South line from the SW corner of
said South 'A SW V4; thence N68005'02 "W, 149.22' to the
Point of beginning, containing 231,562 square feet or
5.3159 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Wellington Village Self- Storage (Long -Form POD)
is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of
the Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
