AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 17,653
FOR PURPOSES OF CHANGING THE APPROVED SITE
PLAN AND USE MIX AND TO CREATE ACS CARWASH
- SHORT -FORM PD -C AT 14103 CANTRELL ROAD
(Z- 6179 -B), AMENDING CHAPTER 36, OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be retained as PD -C, Planned District -
Commercial.
A parcel of land in Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Little
Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Part of the East %, East %, Northeast % Northeast V4,
Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said East V2,
East Y2, Northeast 3i, Northeast Y4; thence NO1 150'50"
East 813.03 feet; thence N63 017134" West 231.20 feet
to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing
N63 017134" West 130.04 feet; thence NO1 055135" East
258.48 feet to a point on the Southerly right -of -way
line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10; thence along
said right -of -way line S60 009104" East 154.03 feet;
thence continuing along said right -of -way line
S83 021102" East 11.97 feet; thence S09 °02'47" West
241.74 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing
0.775 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for ACS Carwash (Short -Form PD -C) is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified

by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
