AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TITLED GRAVES - SHORT -
FORM PID (Z- 3396 -A) LOCATED AT 12,320
CHICOT ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2/I -2 to PID.
A part of the South % of the NE 1/. of the NE 1/.,
Section 14, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
a point on the East line of said South 1/ NE X NE 1/a
that is 490.0 feet North of the SE corner of South
NE V4 NE V4, thence North along the East line of South
1/ NE 1/a NE 1/. 168.4 feet to the NE corner of South % NE
1/ NE 1/4; thence West along the North line of said
South 1/ NE 1/a NE 1/, 313.7 feet; thence S03 0W, 182.0
feet; thence East 322.0 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 1.27 acres more or less,

13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
beginning at the SE corner of the North 1/ NE 1/. NE 1/4,
Section 14, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence North 105.0 feet;
thence West 420.0 feet, thence South 105.0 feet;
thence East 420 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 44,100 square feet or 1.01 acres more or
less,
Part of the NE 1/a NE 1/., Section 14, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, now
in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the East line of said NE 1/. NE 1/., 287.6
feet North of the SE corner of said NE 1/. NE 1/; thence
West 322.0 feet; thence North 218 feet; thence East 2
322.0 feet to the East line of said NE 1/. NE V..; thence
South, along the said East line, 216.0 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 1.61 acres, more or
less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Graves (Short -Form PID) is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION S. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
