HomeMy WebLinkAbout17887•ORDINANCE NO. 17,887 617 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: z -6576 - Described as the South 200 feet of the SE '/4 SE 'h of Section 5, T -1 -N, R -13 -W Pulaski County, Arkansas, except the right -of -way for Point West Drive as shown on plat of Point West Addition recorded in Plat Book "A ", Page 794, said right -of -way dividing the property into two parcels shown as future Lots "B" and "C" on said plat and being further described as follows: Lot "B ", beginning at the SE corner of the SE 'A SE '/4 of said Section 5; thence N89 028126" West along the South line thereof (being also the centerline of Kanis Road) for 658.5 feet to the East right -of -way line for Point West Drive; thence N00031134" East for 40.0 feet; thence Northwesterly along the East right -of -way line of a 31.5 feet radius curve to the right for 49.5 feet (Chord N4402812911 East 44.55 feet); thence along said right -of -way N00031.34" East for 53.5 feet; thence along said right -of -way N10047102" West for 76.49 feet to the SW corner of Lot 63, Point West Addition, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence S89028126" East along the South line of Lots 55 thru 63 of said Point West Addition for 703.55 feet to the East line of the SE '/4 SE '/4 of said Section 5; thence S00 006139" West for 200.0 feet to the Point of Beginning. (Northwest and northeast corners of Ranis Road and Point West Drive) SECTION 2. That the 0-1 zoning shall be subject to the following condition which was proposed by the applicant and which shall be a covenant running with the land to bind subsequent grantees of the property. e No building which is constructed on the property described in Section 1 of this Ordinance shall exceed two (2) stories in height. SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Sections 1 and 2 hereof. SECTION 4. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
