ORDINANCE NO. 17,847
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AN ENGINEERING SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH LARKIN SOUTHERN, INC.
FOR 31D STREET AND 11T" STREET
IMPROVEMENTS, 1998 REVENUE BOND
PROJECTS.

WHEREAS, a $16,000,000 Revenue Bond was approved for improvement of streets and
drainage in City of Little Rock.
WHEREAS, 3rd Street and 11th Street improvements are selected projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to transfer and appropriate $832,000
from the 1998 Revenue Bond Fund and enter into an engineering services contract with Larkin
Southern, Inc., in the amount of $72,996 ($66,360, plus 10% contingency) for 3rd Street and l ld' Street
improvements.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
