AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF SUBDIVISION
ORDINANCE AND MASTER STREET PLAN SIDEWALK
REQUIREMENTS FOR COTTONDALE LANE ADJACENT TO
ALLTEL CORPORATION (Z- 6546).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Alltel Corporation, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282 requiring sidewalks on both sides of commercial
streets be waived. The specific waiver is for sidewalk on the North of relocated
Cottondale Lane and West side of existing portion converted to short cul -de -sac.
Subsection b. That Section 31 -283 requiring commercial streets to conform to collector
street alignment standards be waived to allow 250 foot centerline radii without tangent
distance between reverse curves.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
