AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED NEIGHBORHOOD
RESOURCE CENTER -- SHORT -FORM POD (Z -6544)
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WEST 12TE
AND PINE STREETS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -3/C -3 to POD.
All of Block 2, W. B. Worthen Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Neighborhood Resource Center (Short -Form POD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time
specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the
Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.

ORDINANCE NO. 17,836
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
THE REQUIRED REPLATTING OF LOTS 2 AND 3,
WILLOCK'S REPLAT (OF LOTS 4 -9, BLOCK 13,
PULASKI HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS) LOCATED AT 819 N.
PINE STREET (5- 1213).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31, Section 31 -5 of the Code of
Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver of certain
requirements within the Subdivision regulations of the City of
Little Rock for Lots 2 and 3, Willock's Replat (of Lots 4 -9,
Block 13, Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas) (5- 1213).
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
