ORDINANCE NO. 17,813
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING
FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN
ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT
WITH GARVER ENGINEERS FOR
PLATEAU DITCH ENGINEERING
STUDY AND PHASE I CONSTRUCTION,
A 1998 REVENUE BOND PROJECT.
WHEREAS, a $16,000,000 Revenue Bond was approved for the improvement of
streets and drainage in the City of Little Rock.
WHEREAS, Plateau Ditch engineering study and Phase I construction is a
selected project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to transfer and appropriate
$400,000 from the 1998 Revenue Bond Fund and enter into an engineering services
contract with Garver Engineers in the amount of $42,460 ($38,600 plus 10%
contingency) for Plateau Ditch engineering study and Phase I construction.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
