AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z-6532 - Described as part of the SW 34 SE i/4,
Section 25 and part of the NW '/4 NE ii, Section
36, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas more particularly described as:
Commencing at the SE corner of Tract 7A, Chenal
Valley, an addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas; thence N73035101"E, 60.00 feet to a
point on the East right -of -way line of Chenal
Valley Drive and the point of beginning; thence
Northerly along said East right -of -way, being
the arc of a 1,115.92 foot radius curve to the
right, a chord bearing and distance of
N04051'03 "W, 347.39 feet; thence N04008'23 "E and
continuing along said East right -of -way line,
412.10 feet; thence Northwesterly and continuing

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
