AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
DRIVEWAY WIDTH PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 30
AND SPACING REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 31
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR CATA BUS
TRANSFER CENTER LOCATED AT 300 E. CAPITAL
AVENUE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 and Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to
provide for a waiver of certain requirements within the Streets and Subdivision Ordinance of the City
of Little Rock for CATA Bus Transfer Center located at 300 E. Capital Avenue, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 30 -43, requiring driveways to be a maximum width of forty
(40) feet be waived to permit four driveways as follows: three driveways forty- eighty
(48) feet wide and one driveway fifty -one (5 1) feet wide.
Subsection b. That Section 31 -210 requiring three hundred (300) foot spacing of
driveways for new commercial buildings be waived to permit two driveways with
sixty -nine (69) foot spacing using East 4'h Street for access and two driveways with
fifty -one (5 1) foot spacing using Rock Street for access.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
