AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL
OF BOUNDARY STREET REQUIREMENTS FOR
LITTLE ROCK POLICE ACADEMY LOCATED AT 10901
ARCH STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Little Rock Police Academy located at 10901 Arch Street, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, requiring Boundary street improvements along
Arch Street frontage, be deferred until traffic demand creates a need or five years,
whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
