ORDINANCE NO. 17,792
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN ENGINEERING
SERVICES CONTRACT WITH JEWELL &
ASSOCIATES, P.A., FOR STREET AND
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO "N" AND
FLORIDA STREETS, A 1998 REVENUE
BOND PROJECT.

WHEREAS, a $16,000,000 Revenue Bond was approved for the improvement of
streets and drainage in the City of Little Rock.
WHEREAS, "N" and Florida Streets were selected projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to transfer and appropriate
$446,000 from the 1998 Revenue Bond Fund and enter into an engineering services
contract with Jewell & Associates, P.A., in the amount of $34,300 ($31,182 plus 10%
contingency) for street and drainage improvements to "N" and Florida Streets.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
