AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN ENGINEERING
SERVICES CONTRACT WITH I.C.E., INC.,
FOR REHABILITATION OF 14T` STREET,
28TH STREET, BOWMAN ROAD, AND.
RESERVOIR ROAD BRIDGES, 1998
REVENUE BOND PROJECTS.

WHEREAS, a $16,000,000 Revenue Bond was approved for the improvement of
streets and drainage in the City of Little Rock.
WHEREAS, rehabilitation of the 14th Street, 28th Street, Bowman Road, and
Reservoir Road bridges were selected projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to transfer and appropriate
$848,000 from the 1998 Revenue Bond Fund and enter into an engineering services
contract with I.C.E., Inc., in the amount of $63,701 ($57,910 plus 10% contingency) for
rehabilitation of 14`h Street, 28th Street, Bowman Road, and Reservoir Road bridges.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
