AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
DEFERRAL OF BOUNDARY STREET
IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR 5800
FROZEN ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the
City of Little Rock for 5800 Frozen Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31 -282 requiring Boundary street improvements to
commercial street standards for Battle Road be deferred until Phase 2
construction or five (5) years, whichever occurs first. Deferral is for
improvement to Battle Road from the intersection of 65th Street to its terminus
at newly constructed cul -de -sac.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
