AN ORDINANCE DISSOLVING CURB AND GUTTER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 628 OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND PRESCRIBING OTHER MATTERS
PERTAINING THERETO
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12,297 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas (the "City ")
passed and approved the 1 st day of December, 1969. established Street Paving Improvement
District No. 628 of Little Rock, Arkansas (the "District ").
WHEREAS, the District was formed for the purpose of curb and guttering (the
"improvements "); and
WHEREAS, the improvements have been completed and are owned by the City; and
WHEREAS, the bonds and other obligations of the District, including the District's
Improvements Bonds, have been paid in full; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12,517 of the City, passed and adopted the 19th day of July,
1971 levied a tax on the assessment of benefits of the District (the "Tax "); and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the District have requested that the District be
dissolved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:

Section 1. That Curb and Gutter Improvement District No. 628 of Little Rock, 3 Jr
Arkansas is hereby dissolved.
Section 2. That the Tax shall no longer be extended for collection.
Section 3. That a certified copy of the Ordinance shall be filed with the County
Collector of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Section 4. That the Commissioners are hereby relieved from further duties.
Section 5. That Ordinance No. 12,297 and Ordinance No. 12,517 are hereby
repealed. All other ordinances and parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
