AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 16,103
TO CORRECT DESCRIPTION; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the intent of Ordinance 16,103 clearly was to
zone the property in question; and,
WHEREAS, a clerical error has been found in ordinance
16,103 which the City wishes to correct.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. As stated in Ordinance 16,103, the property
between the planning boundary and city limits is to be zoned.
Therefore, based on the adopted plans of the City of Little
Rock, the following are zoned "R -2 ", Single Family: Section
34 and the East 1/4 Section 33, T -2 -N, R -14 -W and the NE 1/4
and North 1/2, SE 1/4 Section 14, T -1 -N, R -14 -W, less those
area zoned by ordinances 16,163 and 16,290.
