AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF DRIVEWAY .
SPACING PROVISIONS FOR COULSON OIL LOCATED AT
10,101 INTERSTATE 30.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for waiver of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Coulson Oil convenience store located at 10,101 Interstate 30, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -210, requiring 300 feet spacing of commercial
driveways be waived to allow two driveways on Interstate 30 Frontage Road spaced at
135 feet and two driveways on Baseline Road spaced at 105 feet.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
