AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
INDUSTRIAL STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE
REYNA/GLADDEN SUBDIVISION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for waiver of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for the Reyna/Gladden Subdivision, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -312, requiring boundary street improvements to
industrial street standards, be waived to allow the 26 feet street width with 50 feet of
Right -of -Way, and cul -de -sac right -of -way width of 100 feet with 75 feet of paving.
Subsection b. That Section 31- 202(a), requiring cul -de -sac maximum length, be
waived to allow 2500 foot cut -de -sac length.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
