AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
16,491 AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING
DISTRICT TITLED BUIE SHORT -FORM PCD
(Z -5703) AT 4801 SHACKLEFORD ROAD, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16,491 was passed on September
21, 1993 establishing a planned zoning district; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances established a three (3) year
preliminary approval limit for development; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has failed
to complete the conditions of approval within the specified
time line; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal the "PZD" ordinance
and restore the zoning classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 16,491 is hereby
repealed, removing from the official zoning map the
classification PCD - Planned Commercial District titled Buie
Short -Form PCD at 4801 Shackleford Road.
SECTION 2. That the property described as:
Beginning at the SW corner of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4
of said Section 22; thence N880381221W along
the Southline of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 88.15 feet
to a point on the East right -of -way line of
Shackleford Road; thence in a northwesterly
direction along the East right -of -way line of
said Shackleford Road the following courses:
N 13035132 "W 75.25 feet and N02055,06 "W 94.31
feet; thence S88038,22 "E 110.09 feet; thence
N01016137 "E 200 feet; thence 588038122 "E 675.96
feet; thence S01016137 "W 200; thence N88038.22W
675.63 feet to the Point of Beginning be
restored to R -2 Single Family and C -3 General
Commercial as existed prior to the adoption of
Ordinance No. 16,491.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect
thirty (30) days from and after its passage and approval.
