ORDINANCE NO. 17,752
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6486 - Described as a part of the NW 1/4 NW
1/4, Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Commence at the SE corner of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4,
Section 22, thence N01 039154" West, along the
East line of NW 1/4 NW 1/4, 646.54 feet to a
point on the South right -of -way line of Colonel
Glenn Road; thence N85 041114" West, along said
South right -of -way line, 197.4 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING (said point being the intersection
of the South right -of -way line of Colonel Glenn
Road and the West right -of -way line of
Shackleford Road); thence N86 024138" West, along
the South right -of -way line of Colonel Glenn
Road, 249.1 feet; thence S03 057152" West, 688.82
feet to a point on the South line of NW 1/4 NW
1/4; thence N88 059120" East, along said South
line of NW 1/4 NW 1/4, 339.6 feet to a point on
the West right -of -way line of Shackleford Road;
thence N17 042132" West, along said West right -
of -way line, 111.7 feet; thence N00 059.59" East,
along said West right -of -way line, 330.0 feet;
thence NO3 046101" West, along said West right -
of -way line, 229.72 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING. Property contains 4.4322 acres, more
or less: From "R -2" Single Family to "I -2"
Light Industrial District. (10401 Colonel Glenn
Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
