ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
BOUNDARY STREET AND RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATION
REQUIREMENTS, AND DEFERRAL OF SIDEWALK
REQUIREMENTS FOR BARROW ROAD CHURCH OF
CHRIST CHURCH OFFICE LOCATED AT 8804 BYRON
STREET.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for waiver of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Barrow Road Church of Christ located at 8804 Byron Street, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, requiring boundary street improvements to Byron
Street, be waived to allow existing 27 feet street width to remain.
Subsection b. That Section 31 -282, requiring right -of -way dedication per the Master
Street Plan be waived to allow existing 50 foot ( 25 feet from centerline) right -of -way
on Byron Street to remain, versus the required 30 feet from centerline.
Subsection c. That Section 31 -282, requiring sidewalk improvements along frontage,
be deferred until abutting property constructs sidewalks or 5 years, whichever occurs
first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
