AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR MAXMART
LOCATED AT 19500 CANTRELL ROAD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Maxmart located at 19500 Cantrell Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, requiring one -half boundary street improvements
to principal arterial standards for Cantrell Road, be deferred to coincide with the
previously approved deferral of Chenal Parkway improvements by Ordinance number
17,638 for Northwest Territory Preliminary Plat. The specific deferral is for principal
arterial improvements including sidewalk.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
