HomeMy WebLinkAbout17735W a i 1 Z S \Z n M ORDINANCE NO 17,735 • AN ORDINANCE REVOKING ORDINANCE NO. 16,687 AND ESTABLISHING A REVISED PLANNED OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED MARCIE HEIEN -- REVISED SHORT -FORM POD (Z- 2058 -C) LOCATED AT 2121 WATT STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. ® M m WHEREAS, the current desire of the property owner is to revoke the original Marcie Heien -- Short -Form POD (established by Ordinance No. 16,687 on June 7, 1994) and establish a revised POD for the property with certain revisions. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the Ordinance No. 16,687 be revoked in its entirety and that the zone classification of the following described property be changed to POD. Lots 7 and 8, Block 15, Bellevue Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas AND the North 1/2 of strip of land formerly platted as Alley abutting and contiguous to Lots 7 and 8, Block 15, Bellevue Addition, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as closed and vacated by Ordinance No. 14,567 of City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and Certified copy being filed under Document No. 84 -01076 record of Pulaski County, Arkansas. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Marcie Heien (Revised Short -Form POD) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
