AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DISTRICT - COMMERCIAL TITLED BLAIR --
SHORT -FORM PD -C (Z- 4167 -D) LOCATED AT 9715
COLONEL GLENN ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from 0-3/R -2 to PD -C.
Part of the SW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the center of the NE 1/4 of said Section
22; thence South along the East line of said SW 1/4, HE
1/4, 210 feet to a point on the Southerly right -of -way
line of Colonel Glenn Road; thence N84 000100" West
along said Colonel Glenn right -of' -way line 138.7 feet
to the Point of Beginning; thence S00001155" East
620.76 feet; thence N89003115" West 207.12 feet; thence
N00020'19" East 660.49 feet to the Southerly right -of-
way line of Colonel Glenn Road; thence along said
right -of -way line of Colonel Glenn Road the following:
S74051148" East 136.67 feet; S84000100" East 71.30
feet to the point of beginning, containing 3.01 acres,
more or less

Beginning, thence S00020119" West 660.49 feet; thence

Point of Beginning, containing 1.15 acres, more or
less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.

SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Blair (Short -Form PD -C) is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
