AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING A DEFERRAL CORNER RADIUS
IMPROVEMENTS FOR KATHLEEN PEEK APARTMENTS
LOCATED AT 8' AND BYRD STREETS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Kathleen Park Apartments located at 8" and Byrd Streets, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, requiring comer radius improvements be
constructed to commercial street standards, be deferred until adjacent rock wall is
removed. The construction of accessible ramps and repair of curb and gutter are
required.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
