AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET PLAN
(15,519) TO ELIMINATE THE CONNECTION AND
REMOVE CANDLEWOOD DRIVE AND RIVERCREST DRIVE
AS COLLECTORS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, as a part of the River Mountain Neighborhood
Action Plan process, the Plan committee reviewed the Master
Street Plan and have requested the removal of Candlewood
Drive and Rivercrest Drive as collectors; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors agree that removal of
Candlewood Drive and Rivercrest as collectors is
appropriate,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. To eliminate the connection between
Rivercrest Drive and Candlewood Drive on the Master Street
Plan.
SECTION 2. That Candlewood Drive from Pinnacle Valley
Road to Cantrell Road be removed from the Master Street Plan
Map.
SECTION 3. That Candlewood Drive from Pinnacle Valley
Road to Cantrell Road be removed from the text listing
collectors in the Master Street Plan.
SECTION 4. That Rivercrest Drive from Candlewood Drive
to Southridge Drive be removed from the Master Street Plan
Map.
SECTION 5. That Rivercrest Drive from Candlewood Drive
to Southridge Drive be removed from the text listing
collectors in the Master Street Plan.
