ORDINANCE NO. 17,720
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4325 -C - Described as part of the SW 1/4 NE
1/4 of Section 5, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Commencing at the SW corner of the NE 1/4 of
Section 5; thence East along the South line of
said SW 1/4 NE 1/4 401.80 feet to a point on the
East right -of -way line of Stagecoach Road
(Arkansas Hwy. 5); thence N23012100" East along
the East right -of -way line of Stagecoach Road
390.17 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
continue along the East right -of -way line of
Stagecoach Road N19029.10" East 784.55 feet;
thence N89020103" East 389.51 feet; thence
S19022145" West 788.83 feet; thence West 389.44
feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 6.62
acres: From "MF -18" Multifamily and "O -2"
Office and institutional to "O -1" Quiet Office
District.
Less and Except the following described tract:
A parcel of land within the above described area
identified as floodway area within the flood
hazard boundary. Flood hazard boundary
identified, for purpose of the above land
description, on Flood Insurance Rate Map for the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
Community Panel Number 050181 0021 Map revised
November 3, 1993: which is hereby zoned "OS"
Open Space District. (East side of the 9400
Block of Stagecoach Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the changes
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
