AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED MCDONALD SHORT -
FORM PCD LOCATED AT 14,116 TAYLOR LOOP ROAD
(Z -6446) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to PCD.
The South 100 feet of the East 302 feet of the NE
1/4, NW 1/2, Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Little
Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That this PCD is established for the property
owner, Enoch Miller, only and for his specific use. It shall not
be converted or transferred to another person or business.
SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for McDonald (Short -Form PCD) is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
