AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED WILSON SHORT -
FORM PCD LOCATED AT 8209 BASELINE ROAD
(Z- 6332 -A) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to PCD.
Part of the NW 1/4, NE 1/4 of Section 2, T -1 -S,
R -13 -W, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas being a part of Tract C, of Mehlburger
Plat as recorded in Mortgage Book 486, Page 282
Pulaski County.
Described as commencing at the NW corner of said
Tract C; thence SO4 001.27 "E, 16.0 feet to a
found AHTD metal marker for the South right -of-
way line of Baseline Road. For the point of
beginning; thence N86 027'00 "E, 100.0 feet along
said South right -of -way of Baseline Road;
thence S04040127 11E, 183.9 feet to a found iron
pin; thence S86 023108 "W, 101.0 feet to a found
iron pin; thence N04020'50 "W, 184.0 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 0.42 acres more
or less.

Tract C; thence SO4 001127 "E, 16.0 feet to a
point on the South right -of -way of Baseline
Road; thence N86027100 "E, 100.0 feet along the
South right -of -way of Baseline road for the
point of beginning; thence continue N86 027100 "E,
126.6 feet measured to a found AHTD Marker (deed
125.0 feet); thence SO4 010.25 "E, 184.0 feet to a
found iron pin; thence 586030117 "W, 125.0 feet
to a found iron pin; thence N04 040127 "W, 183.9
feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.53
acres more or less. (8209 Baseline Road).
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.

SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Wilson (Short -Form PCD) is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VIZ, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
