ORDINANCE NO. 17 , 689
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CONDITIONAL
WAIVER OF BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 31
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR HUGHES
SUBDIVISION LOCATED AT 10020 NASH LANE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
conditional waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan
for the City of Little Rock for Hughes Subdivision located at 10020 Nash Lane,. as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring developers to provide one -half of the
required Master Street Plan improvements for Nash Lane be conditionally waived in
accordance with the provisions of Section 31 -143. The specific conditional waiver is
for collector street improvements to Nash Lane.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
