AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF BOUNDARY
STREET IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR ST.
JAMES METHODIST CHURCH LOCATED AT 321
PLEASANT VALLEY DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for waiver of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for St. James Methodist Church located at 321 Pleasant Valley Drive, as follow:
Subsection a. That a waiver be approved from the provisions of Section 31 -282,
requiring boundary streets abutting a commercial or office subdivision be improved in
accordance with the Master Street Plan for one -half the width of the street. This waiver
will allow Platte Valley Drive to remain a twenty -seven (27) feet wide street with fifty
(50) feet right -of -way.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
