AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT - COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED BIGGS PD-
C (Z-6386 -A), IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed
from R -2 Single Family to PD -C.
A parcel of land in Section 9, TIN RI l W, Little Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
The South 117.0' of Lot 10, Cherry Acres Addition, to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Lying West of Fourche Creek and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 10 Cherry Acres Addition, thence run N.00 141'
E along the East line of Fourche Dam Pike for a distance of 117.0' to a point , thence run
S. 89013'E. 470.0' to a point being a line established by the City of Little Rock for
Fourche Creek channelization, thence run S.32 °44'36 "W. along said line 137.9' to a point
on the South line of Lot 10, thence run N.89 °13'W. 396.8' to the point of beginning,
containing in all 1.16 acres more or less. Located in the 6000 block of Fourche Dam Pike.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as
recommended by the Little Rock Planing Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for BIGGS (Short -
Form PD -C) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in full force upon final
approval of the plan.
