�y AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 14,392 AND
PROVIDING FOR THE REDUCTION IN THE MEMBERSHIP
OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, MODIFYING THE
LANGUAGE IN CHAPTER 36.; SECTION 36 -67 OF THE
"> CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Section 36 -67. (a) of Chapter 36 of The Code of Ordinances be amended to provide
for modification of language and to then read as follows:
(a) The Board of zoning adjustment shall consist of five (5) members who are appointed by
the city board of directors. One (1) member of the board shall be an architect/planner, one
(1) member of the board shall be a civil engineer, one (1) member of the board shall be a
member of the Little Rock Real Estate Board, one(1) member of the board shall be from
the sign industry, and one (1) member of the board shall be from the citizenry at large.
The term of office for the members of the board shall be for three (3) years.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect from and after this passage.
