ORDINANCE NO. 17,657
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE
OF PIPESTEM LOT REQUIREMENTS FOR KEENER
VALLEY PRELIMINARY PLAT AT STATE HWY. 10
(CANTRELL ROAD) AND NORTON ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for a variance of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Keener Valley Preliminary Plat as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31- 232(8)
be amended to provide for one pipe stem lot, to be
lot number 2, and the stem to be 30 feet in width
and 232 feet in length.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
