AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE
OF PIPESTEM AND CUL -DE -SAC LENGTH,
REQUIREMENTS FOR CAPITOL LAKES ESTATES
PRELIMINARY PLAT, AT COOPER ORBIT ROAD
NORTH OF SPRING VALLEY MANOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for variance of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Capitol Lakes Estates Preliminary Plat as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31- 232(g)
be amended to permit Lots 88, 111 and 97 to be
served by a pipestem and that Chapter 31, Section
31 -2 definitions, be amended to permit Bangor
Court to exceed the 750 foot maximum for a minor
residential street, length.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
