ORDINANCE NO. 17,637
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF SIDEWALK
REQUIREMENTS FOR K- MOBILE HOME PARK LOCATED AT
THE 11700 BLOCK OF STAGECOACH ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Little Rock for the proposed
K- Mobile Home Park, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -207, requiring private streets be constructed to public
street standards including sidewalks, be deferred until the Department of Justice
approves "Americans with Disabilities Act" access requirements for new residential
subdivisions.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
