4 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR AUTOMATED
5 VEHICLE LOCATOR SYSTEM EQUIPMENT FOR THE POLICE
6 DEPARTMENT.

8 WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors that funds be used for the
9 purchase of equipment to enhance the operations and capabilities of the Police
10 Department.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
12 DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
13 SECTION 1. The sum of $307,070 is hereby reappropriated from 1997
14 budgeted salary savings from the Police Department Budget to be transferred to the
15 Special Project Fund (Account 210 - 350 -0511) to be used for the Automated Vehicle
16 Locator System.
