AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TITLED
BORKOWSKI SHORT -FORM PD -R AT NO. 12 TOWNE
PARK COURT (Z -6405) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36, OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from MF -18
Multifamily to PD -R, Planned Development Residential.
A parcel of land in Section 34, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
Little Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Lot 6, Towne Park Addition to be replatted as Lots
6A, 6B, 6C, 6D of Towne Park Addition.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Borkowski (Short -Form PD -R) is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time
specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of
the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.

DEVELOPMENT COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED
PARKWAY MOTORS PD -C SHORT -FORM AT 12,200
BLOCK WEST MARKHAM STREET (Z -6406) IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from C -3 Commercial
to PD-0 Planned Development Office.
A parcel of land in SW 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 4,
T- 1- N,R -13 -W, Little Rock, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Part of the SW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 4, T -1 -N, R-
13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: Starting at the intersection of
the South right -of -way line of Entergy Court
(formerly the South 60 feet of the West Markham
Street Right -of -Way) and the West line of the SW
1/4, NW 1/4, said Section 4, said point being,
957.95 feet, N0048133 "W of the SW corner of said
SW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence N0048,33 "W along the West
line of the SW 1/4, NW 1/4, 61.18 feet to the
Point of Beginning; thence N1010128 "E along the
West line of said SW 1/4, NW 1/4, 118.0 feet to a
point on the South right -of -way line of West
Markham Street; thence 588022'12 "E along said
South right -of -way line 373.88 feet to a point;
thence 569004138 "E and continuing along said South
right -of -way line 76.69 feet to the point of
intersection of said South right -of -way line and
the North right -of -way line of Entergy Court;
thence 579052134 "W along said North right -of -way
line of Entergy Court, said North right -of -way
line being 60 feet northerly of and parallel with
said South right -of -way of Entergy Court, 454.86
feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 31,051
sq. ft. or 0.7128 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
