ORDINANCE NO. 17,621
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 16,849
ADOPTED FEBRUARY 21, 1995, PROVIDING FOR
MODIFICATION OF THE SITE PLAN FOR PHIL -
CORD SHORT -FORM PD -I AT 9125 SIBLEY HOLE
ROAD (Z- 4461 -B), AMENDING CHAPTER 36, OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the property at 9125 Sibley Hole
Road desires to modify the prior approved site plan; and
WHEREAS, amendment of Ordinance No. 16,849 is required.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the Zone classification of 9125 Sibley
Hole Road be retained as Planned Development Industrial.
SECTION 2. That the site plan approved for the below
described property be modified as approved by the Planning
Commission:
Described as part of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 3,
T -1 -S, R -13 -W, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning 825.0 feet south of the NW corner of said
NW 1/4, NW 1/4, thence East 822.01; thence South
208.01; thence West 822.01; thence North 208.0' to
the point of beginning, containing 3.92 acres more
or less.
SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
retain the designation PD -I on the subject property.
SECTION 4. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
