ORDINANCE NO. 17,618
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
z -6407 - Described as a tract of land being all of
Tract "C" Markham Commercial Subdivision, and a part
of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13-
W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of said Tract "C" at a
chiseled "X" on the North right -of -way line of West
Markham Street; thence N89056113 11W along said right -
of -way 342.13 feet; thence leaving said right -of -way
N00 003147 11E 76.50 feet; thence N89 056113 "W 63.00
feet to the East right -of -way of Bowman Road; thence
along a curve to the right having a central angle of
10048, 16 ", with a radius of 468.00 feet and a chord
bearing and distance of N18 025'06 "E 88.85 feet;
thence S65 052133 "E 412.52 feet to the point of
beginning; said tract of land containing 0.67 acres
(29,016 B.f.), more or less: From "R -2" Single
Family and "C -3" General Commercial to "C -3" General
Commercial. (11624 West Markham Street)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
