AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
DEFERRAL OF BOUNDARY STREET
IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR 10420
HELM DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the
City of Little Rock for 10420 Helm Drive, as follows:
Subsection a. That a deferral be approved from the provisions of Section 31-
282, requiring boundary streets abutting a commercial or office subdivision be
improved in accordance with the Master Street Plan a minimum of one -half
width of the street for a period of five (5) years or until adjacent development,
whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
