AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
INDUSTRIAL STREET REQUIREMENTS FOR DARRAGH
COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION (5 -1125) LOCATED AT 6"
STREET AND THOMAS STREET.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Darragh Commercial Subdivision located at 6' Street and Thomas Street, as follows:
Subsection a. That a deferral be approved from the provision of Section 31 -282, requiring
boundary streets abutting an industrial subdivision be improved to industrial street standards.
Thomas Street improvements are deferred until adjacent construction occurs.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
