AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF BOUNDARY STREET
IMPROVEMENTS AND OF RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATION
FOR BRITISH CARS OF LITTLE ROCK LOCATED AT 7316
KENTUCKY AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for waiver of
certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for British Cars of Little Rock located at 7316 Kentucky Avenue as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, requiring commercial street standards for street and
right -of -way width be waived to allow the current street width to remain at 27 feet and
the right -of -way to be 20 feet from centerline with a 10 feet wide drainage and utility
easement.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
