ORDINANCE NO. 17,598
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
COMMERCIAL STREET REQUIREMENTS FOR THE
COLEMAN PDR Z -6376 LOCATED AT 307 FARRIS
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Coleman PDR located at 307 Farris Street, as follows:
Subsection a. That a waiver be approved from the provisions of Section 31 -282,
requiring boundary streets abutting a commercial or office subdivision be improved to
commercial street standards. This waiver will allow Farris Street to remain a twenty
seven (27) foot wide street.
Subsection b. That a waiver be approved from the provisions of Section 31 -282,
requiring right -of -way dedication for Farris Street. Commercial street standards require
sixty (60) feet of right -of -way, this waiver will allow the current fifty (50) feet of right -
of -way on Farris Street to remain.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
