AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED DARBY'S
SHACKLEFORD PCD AT 3200 S. SHACKLEFORD
ROAD (Z -6377) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36, OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 Single
Family to PCD Planned Commercial District.
A parcel of land in SW 1/4, North 1/4 Section 15,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of said SW 1/4 NW 1/4,
Section 15; thence N89057106" West 990.08'; thence
N00008132" East 561.0' to the Point of Beginning;
thence N89057106" West 3301; thence N00008'32"
East 754.611; thence 589052135" East 50.741;
thence along a 536.49' radius curve to the left
for a chord bearing and distance of S36003130"
East 193.931; thence along a 537.57' radius curve
to the right for a chord bearing and distance of
South 22054' East 420.821; thence S00008132" West
210.35' to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan
and plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Darby's Shackleford (Short -Form PCD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
