AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF DRIVEWAY
MAXIMUM OPENING SIZE PROVISIONS FOR COULSON
OIL COMPANY AT THE INTERSECTION OF GEYER
SPRINGS ROAD AND MITCHELL DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Streets and Sidewalks Ordinance of the City of Little Rock for the
proposed new Superstop on Geyer Springs Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 30- 43.2.c, limiting the maximum opening of a commercial
driveway to 40 feet be waived to allow the maximum opening to be 60 feet for one
driveway onto Geyer Springs Road.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
