AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $50,000 FROM THE
UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE OF THE SPECIAL PROJECTS
FUND TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR MAJOR EQUIPMENT
REPLACEMENT AND /OR REPAIRS.
WHEREAS, funds are needed by the General Services Department to make
necessary repairs to the roof of the Fleet Services Building, and /or replacement of
HVAC units at the Zoo, City Hall Annex, and Fleet Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to appropriate $50,000 from the
unappropriated fund balance of the Special Projects Fund to be used to repair or
replace certain equipment and structures.
